It is our policy to distribute only products that meet international quality standards. This policy cannot be compromised and our reputation and those of our dealers have soared with it.

DISTRIBUTION NETWORK

Coscharis Technologies Limited does not sell to end-users. We have appointed a network of dealers and resellers with a geographical spread that effectively covers the entire country. Thus our offices exist only to offer stock and support (technical) to over one hundred (100) Dealers and Resellers who deal directly with numerous end users of our products. We are keeping an eye on the market and shall continue to identify new markets and appoint dealers as deemed expedient.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The company has an Engineering Department, which offers technical support to users of our products. Our team of qualified and highly skilled engineers and technicians ensure that customers’ complaints are addressed within minutes of lodgment. Our engineers are trained on the specific products we distribute either locally or abroad so that effective support is given to the premium quality products we distribute. We are also constantly re-training our engineers to update their knowledge as well as investing in telecommunications and logistics to improve our rate of response to customers’ requests. An ultra modern service centre will soon be commissioned to consolidate our pre-eminent position in the Nigerian IT industry.

Our dominant aspiration is to excel in this industry. We have assembled some of the best human resources in the industry to form a winning team. We have pitched tent with only IS0 9002 certified products. We have established significant presence in all the major IT markets in Nigeria.
